Bacardi Champagne Punch

Ingredients

  • 50 cl white Bacardi rum
  • 10 cl triple sec 10 cl Amaretto 5 cl Grenadine
  • 5 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 pineapple cut into wedges (or large tin of chunks)
  • 2 x 75 cl bottles champagne
  • 1 litre sparkling water

Instructions

Combine ingredients in bowl, cover and chill for minimum 2 hours, add champagne, water and a little ice when ready to serve. Add 5-10 frozen strawberries.
