Mock Daisy Crusta

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of lime juice
• 1 measure of sugar syrup
• 1/2 measure of raspberry syrup
• 1/4 measure of Grenadine
• 3 measures of soda water

Instructions

Rim glass with lime/caster sugar, add spiral of lime and fill up with crushed ice. Stir lime juice and both syrups, strain into glass. Add the soda and sprinkle the Grenadine on top.
