Lemon Ice-Cream Soda

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of lemon juice
• 1 1/2 measures of sugar syrup
• 3 measures of soda water
• 2 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice, add the soda and mix gently. Serve with straws.
