Canadian Pride

Made from the evaporated sap of the acer saccharum tree, the unique flavour of maple syrup gives added dimension to this cocktail, whilst sweetening the bitter grapefruit.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 measure of maple syrup
  • 3 measures of grapefruit juice
  • 3 measures of dry ginger ale

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, add the ginger ale.

Garnish: slice' of grapefruit speared with a cherry, add straws.
