Whiskey Collins

Ingredients

• 2 measures of whiskey
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 3/4 measure of sugar syrup
• 5 measures of soda water

Instructions

Add to frosted glass two-thirds filled with ice, serve with straws.

Garnish: slice of orange and a cherry. The spirit used in this drink varies around the world so it is easier to ask for a scotch Collins or a Bourbon Collins.
