Texas Sunset

Ingredients

• 3/4 measure of white rum
• 1/2 measure of apricot brandy
• 1/2 measure of Bacardi 151 rum (substitute: overproof white)
• 2 measures of orange juice
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measure of sugar syrup
• 1 teaspoon of egg white
• 3/4 measure of Grenadine

Instructions

Shake briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained. Sprinkle the Grenadine on top; do not stir.
