Surprise Browst

'Browst' is an old Scottish term for brewing.

Ingredients

• 1 measure of single grain scotch
• 1 measure of Creme de Banane
• 4 measures of grapefruit juice
• 1/3 measure of Grenadine

Instructions

Shake and strain into ice-filled glass, sprinkle the Grenadine on top but do not mix.

Garnish: cherry, add straws and muddler.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
