Slow Gin and Tonic
The sloe gin takes the dry edge off the usual 'G & T', whilst providing colour, fragrance and a pithy fruitiness.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 measures of gin
- 1 measure of sloe gin
- 1/4 measure of lemon juice
- 5 measures of tonic water
Instructions
Add to ice-filled glass with half slice of lemon.
