Sherry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3 measures of medium sherry
  • 1/3 measure of triple sec
  • 2 measures of soda water
  • 1/4 measure of sugar syrup

Instructions

Add to glass filled with broken or crushed ice and mix with barspoon.

Garnish: fruit in season

    Alcohol Content: 1.3 units
  • Rum Cobbler: 1 measure of dark rum 1 measure of white rum
    Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
  • Scotch Cobbler: 2 measures of scotch
