Shanghai Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2/3 measure of gin
• 2/3 measure of Benedictine
• 2/3 measure of Yellow Chartreuse
• 2/3 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measure of sugar syrup
• 4 measures of soda water

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass half filled with ice, add the soda.

Garnish: slice of lemon and a cherry, add straws and a muddler.
