A classic Caribbean cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 measures of white rum
- 4 measures of coconut milk - the fluid centre of a coconut (not coconut cream)
Instructions
Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice, add straw. Often served in a coconut.
