Rum Collins

Ingredients

• 2 measures of dark rum
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 1 measure of sugar syrup
• 4-5 measures of soda water

Instructions

Add to frosted glass two-thirds filled with ice.

Garnish: slice of orange and a cherry, serve with straws.

Replace the rum in the following popular Collins:

• Brandy Collins: 2 measures of brandy/cognac
• Piscollins: 2 measures of pisco
• Tequila Collins: 2 measures of gold tequila
• Vodka Collins: 2 measures of vodka

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
