Pina Vina

An ideal accompaniment for a lunchtime salad.

Ingredients

• 3 measures of medium white wine
• 1/2 measure of lemon juice
• 3oz/85g pineapple chunks

Instructions

Blend with a glassful of crushed ice until smooth.

Garnish: slice of lemon speared with pineapple chunk and a cherry.
