Picker's Peach

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of white rum
• 1 measure of peach Schnapps
• 1/2 measure of dark rum
• 1 measure of orange juice
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon of caster sugar
• 1/3 of a ripe peeled peach
• 1 teaspoon of Pécher Mignon (optional)

Instructions

Blend until smooth, add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.

Garnish: wedge-shaped slice of peach speared with a cherry, add straws.
