Peach Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of white rum
• 1 measure of peach Schnapps
• 1/3 of a skinned chopped peach
• 1/2 measure of sugar syrup
• 3/4 measure of lime juice
• 1/2 measure of pineapple juice

Instructions

Blend until smooth, add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.

Garnish: wedge of peach, add thick straws.
