Olaffson's Punch

A Haitian classic.

Ingredients

  • 2 measures of dark rum (preferably Haitian)
  • 1 teaspoon of Maraschino
  • 3 measures of orange juice
  • 1 1/2 measures of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Dissolve sugar and shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Add short straws and twists of orange and lime.

Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
