Morning Glory Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 measures of scotch
• 1 1/3 measures of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
• 1/4 measure of egg white
• 1 dash of Angostura
• 4 measures of soda water

Instructions

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into glass half filled with ice, add the soda.

Garnish: slice of orange, add a muddler.
