Molokai Mike

Ingredients

• 1 measure of white rum
• 1/2 measure of brandy
• 1 measure of orange juice
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measure of almond syrup

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix. In a mixing glass combine: 1/2 measure of dark rum, 1/3 measure of Grenadine and sufficient crushed ice to make a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to top of cocktail.

Garnish: fruit in season, add straws.
