Mai Tai Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 measures of Myers's dark rum
  • 1 measure of white rum
  • 1/2 measure of triple sec
  • 1 measure of grapefruit juice
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1/4 measure of almond syrup/Falernum
  • 1 dash of Angostura
  • 1 dash of Pernod

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with crushed ice, add the spent lime shell and swizzle briefly.

Garnish: slice of pineapple and mint sprigs.

Alcohol Content: 2.8 units
