Long Island Iced Tea

In early versions either the triple sec or the tequila were omitted.

Ingredients

• 1/2 measure of white rum
• 1/2 measure of vodka
• 1/2 measure of gold tequila
• 1/2 measure of gin
• 1/2 measure of triple sec
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measure of sugar syrup
• 1 teaspoon of egg white
• 4 measures of cold cola

Instructions

Shake and strain into ice-filled glass, add the cola.

Garnish: slice of lemon.

Alcohol Content: 2.4 units

Glass Type: Collins Glass

Variations:

• Texas Tea: Exclude the addition of triple sec.
  Alcohol Content: 1.9 units
• Miami Iced Tea: Add Blue Curacao in place of triple sec.
