Lesbian Joy

The favoured dessert wines of the ancient Roman banquet were Falernian, Alban, Caecuban, Chian and Lesbian (from Lesbos).

Ingredients

• 3 measures of medium red wine (preferably Lesbian)
• 1 teaspoon of Amaretto
• 1 teaspoon of Kirsch
• 1 teaspoon of scotch
• 3 measures of lemonade

Instructions

Add to ice-filled glass.

Garnish: cherry surrounded by slice of orange, add short straws.
