John Collins
Ingredients
- 2 measures of bourbon (originally Genever)
- 1 measure of lemon juice
- 3/4 measure of sugar syrup
- 5 measures of soda water
Instructions
Add to frosted glass two-thirds filled with ice.
Garnish: cherry and slices of orange and lemon, serve with straws. Also known as Bourbon Collins or, USA only, a Whiskey Collins.
