Gin Rickey

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 1/2 a fresh lime
• 4 measures of soda water

Instructions

Squeeze lime juice directly into glass half filled with ice, add spent shell and gin. Mix with barspoon and add soda.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units

Glass Type: Highball Glass

Replace the gin to make the following Rickeys:

• Apple Rum Rickey: 1 measure of apple brandy and 1 measure of white rum
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
• Apricot Rickey: 2 measures of apricot brandy
  Alcohol Content: 1.0 units
• Aquavit Rickey: 2 measures of aquavit and 1 teaspoon of kummel
  Alcohol Content: 2.3 units
• Bourbon Rickey: 2 measures of bourbon
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
• Brandy Rickey: 2 measures of brandy or cognac
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
• Rum Rickey: 2 measures of white rum
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
• Sloe Gin Rickey: 2 measures of sloe gin
  Alcohol Content: 1.3 units
• Vodka Rickey: 2 measures of vodka
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
