Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 5 measures of soda water

Instructions

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into glass half filled with ice, add straws and muddler. If sprigs of mint are added, this is an Alabama Fizz.
