Dundee Dream

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of single grain scotch
• 1/2 measure of sweet sherry
• 1 measure of mandarin juice
• 1/2 measure of lime juice
• 3 measures of dry ginger ale

Instructions

Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained, add the ginger.

Garnish: cherry and orange slice.

Alcohol Content: 1.8 units
