Coconut Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 measuress of white rum
• 1 measure of coconut rum
• 1/2 measure of lime juice
• 3/4 measure of sugar syrup
• 3/4 measure of coconut cream
• 1 teaspoon of whipping cream
• 2 teaspoons of overproof dark rum

Instructions

Rim glass with lime/sweet grated coconut. Shake all except ODR and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish: cherry and slice of lime, add short straws. Sprinkle ODR on top, using barspoon.
