Cherry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 measures of cherry brandy
  • 1 measure of white rum
  • 1/3 measure of Kirsch
  • 3/4 measure of lemon juice
  • 3/4 measure of sugar syrup
  • 1/2 measure of Grenadine
  • 5 Maraschino (cocktail) cherries

Instructions

Blend thoroughly, add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.

Garnish: slice of lemon and cherry. The quantities can be halved and served in a champagne saucer.
