Brandy Highball
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 measures of brandy
- 5 measures of ginger ale or soda water
Instructions
Add to a glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add twist of lemon and muddler.
Substitute the brandy in the following popular Highballs:
- Apple Brandy Highball: 2 1/2 measures of apple brandy
- Bourbon Highball: 2 1/2 measures of bourbon
- Gin Highball: 2 1/2 measures of gin
- Scotch Highball: 2 1/2 measures of scotch
