Bossa Nova

Galliano is named after Major Giuseppe Galliano, to mark his troops' outstanding courage. In 1895 they were slaughtered by 80,000 Abyssinian warriors.

Ingredients

• 1 measure of Galliano
• 1 measure of golden rum
• 1/2 measure of apricot brandy
• 3 1/2 measures of pineapple juice
• 1/2 measure of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of egg white

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass filled with broken ice.

Garnish: orange slice and cherry, add straw.

Alcohol Content: 2.3 units
