Blackberry Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of blackberry brandy
• 1 1/2 measures of orange juice
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon of caster sugar
• 4 measures of lemonade

Instructions

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into glass half filled with ice, add the lemonade.

Garnish: cherry and slice of orange, add straws and a muddler.

Alcohol Content: 1.1 units

Glass Type: Highball Glass

Variations:

• Orange Fizz: Replace the blackberry brandy with 1 measure of gin and 1/2 measure of triple sec.
  Alcohol Content: 1.4 units
