Bird of Paradise Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of gin
• 1/2 measure of blackberry brandy
• 1/2 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measure of sugar syrup
• 1/2 measure of egg white
• 4 measures of soda water

Instructions

Shake well and strain into glass half filled with ice, add the soda.

Garnish: slice of lemon and a cherry, add straws and a muddler.

Alcohol Content: 1.8 units
