Beef Salad

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of Beefeater gin
• 1/2 measure of melon liqueur
• 1 teaspoon of Green Chartreuse
• 4 1/2 measures of sparkling bitter lemon

Instructions

Add to ice-filled glass.

Garnish: fruit in season, add straws.

Alcohol Content: 1.9 units

Glass Type: Highball Glass

• Beef Salad on Rye: Add 1/2 measure of rye/Canadian Whisky.
