Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 2 measures of white rum
• 1 measure Creme de Banane
• 1 measure of orange juice
• 1/2 measure of lime juice
• 1/4 of a fresh mashed banana
• 1 teaspoon of whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Blend thoroughly, add a glassful of crushed ice, blend again briefly and pour.

Garnish: slices of pineapple and banana speared with a cherry. Serve with a thick straw
