Amaretto Colada

Ingredients

• 1 measure of white rum
• 1 measure of Amaretto
• 1 1/3 measuress of coconut cream
• 3 measures of pineapple juice
• 1 teaspoon of whipping cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: slice of pineapple and a cherry, add straws.

Alcohol Content: 1.9 units

Glass Type: Hurricane or Parfait Glass

• Apple Colada: 1 1/4 measure of Apple Schnapps
  Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
  
• Banana Colada: 1 1/4 measure of Creme de Banane and 2 measures of banana purée
  Alcohol Content: 1.9 units
• Coffee Colada: 1 1/4 measure of Kahlua/Tia Maria
  Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
• Flamingo: 1 measure of sloe gin
  Alcohol Content: 1.9 units
• Melon Colada: 1 1/4 measure of Midori
  Alcohol Content: 2.1 units
• Raspberry Colada: 1 1/4 measure of Chambord
  Alcohol Content: 1.8 units
• Strawberry Colada: 1 measure of strawberry liqueur and 1 measure of strawberry puree
  Alcohol Content: 1.9 units
• Tropicolada: 1/2 measure of Creme de Banane and 1/2 measure of melon liqueur
  Alcohol Content: 1.9 units
