Strawberry Knockout

Ingredients

• 1/2 measure of Amaretto
• 1/2 measure of Kirsch
• 1 measure of white Creme de Cacao
• 4 measures of strawberry puree
• 1 measure of whipping cream
• 2 measures of whipped cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice, top with the whipped cream.

Garnish: strawberry, add straws.

Alcohol Content: 1.3 units
