Strawberry Cream

Ingredients

• 1 measure of gin
• 3 measures of strawberry puree
• 1/2 measure of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
• 2 tablespoons strawberry ice-cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: half a sugar-dipped strawberry, add straws.
