Strawberry Cascade

Ingredients

• 1 measure of vodka
• 1 measure of Galliano
• 1 measure of Kahlua
• 5 measures of strawberry puree
• 2 measures of whipping cream

Instructions

Blend all but Kahlua briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice, sprinkle the Kahlua on top.

Garnish: sugar-dipped half strawberry, serve with straws.
