Rum Sunday
Ingredients
- 1 measure of dark rum
- 1/2 measure of sweet sherry
- 1/2 measure of Grenadine
- 3 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream
- 2 teaspoons of overproof dark rum
Instructions
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Float the overproof rum and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
