Rum Sunday

Ingredients

  • 1 measure of dark rum
  • 1/2 measure of sweet sherry
  • 1/2 measure of Grenadine
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 teaspoons of overproof dark rum

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Float the overproof rum and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
