Ingredients

• 1 measure of cognac
• 1 measure of Peppermint Schnapps
• 3 measures of cream soda
• 1 measure of whipping cream

Instructions

Shake and strain into ice-filled glass, add the soda. (Some types of soda will cause the cream to congeal.)

Alcohol Content: 1.7 units
