Island Affair

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 measure of melon liqueur
• 1/2 measure of Cointreau
• 1/3 measure of Blue Curacao
• 1 1/2 measures of orange juice
• 2 measures of mango juice
• 1 measure of whipped cream

Instructions

Shake and strain all but cream and Curacao into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add Curacao, allowing it to sink to bottom, float the cream on top.

Garnish: fruit in season, add straws.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
