Frozen Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of Irish whiskey
• 5 measures of cold black coffee - sweetened to taste
• 1 tablespoon vanilla ice-cream

Instructions

Shake briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice, top with the ice-cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, add straws.
