Frozen Coconut

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 measures of white rum
• 1 measure of coconut rum
• 3 tablespoons coconut ice-cream

Instructions

Rim glass with egg white/sweet grated coconut. Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: cherry on a stick, add short straws.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
