Ingredients

  • 1 measure of dark rum
  • 1 measure of dark Creme de Cacao
  • 1 measure of Baileys
  • 3/4 measure of chocolate syrup
  • 3 measures of milk
  • 1/3 teaspoon of sieved cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate ice-cream 1 measure of whipped cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with a tablespoon of crushed ice, float the whipped cream on top and serve with straws.
