Chocolate Monkey

Ingredients

  • 1 measure of Creme de Banane
  • 1/2 measure of white rum
  • 3/4 measure of chocolate syrup
  • 1/3 of a banana - mashed
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate ice-cream
  • 1 1/2 measures of whipped cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice, float the whipped cream on top.

Garnish: slice of banana and a cherry, add straws.
