Brandy Puff

Before Prohibition, Puffs were a popular category of drink in the US. They are no longer seen commercially.

Ingredients

• 2 measures of brandy
• 3 measures of milk
• 3 measures of soda water

Instructions

Shake and strain, add the soda. Any spirit can be used, but was usually gin, whiskey or rum.
