Barrier Reef

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 1 measure of triple sec
• 1/3 measure of Grand Marnier
• 1/2 measure of Blue Curacao
• 4 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream

Instructions

Blend briefly and pour into ice-filled glass.

Garnish: blue Maraschino cherry, slices of pineapple and orange, add thick straws.

Alcohol Content: 3.3 units
