Banana Split

Ingredients

• 1 measure of Creme de Banane
• 1 measure of strawberry liqueur
• 1/2 measure of dry sherry
• 1/3 of a banana - mashed
• 1 measure of strawberry puree
• 3 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream
• 1 measure of dark Creme de Cacao

Instructions

Blend briefly and pour, sprinkle the cacao on top.

Garnish: strawberry and slice of banana, add straws.
