Banana Banshee

Ingredients

• 1 measure of white Creme de Cacao
• 1 measure of Creme de Banane
• 1/2 measures of dry sherry
• 1/3 of a banana - mashed
• 3 tablespoons vanilla ice-cream

Instructions

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice.

Garnish: slice of banana and a cherry. If 1 measure of vodka is added, this is a Screaming Banana Banshee.

Alcohol Content: 1.3 units
