Vruica Rakia

An East European speciality often made in bulk.

Ingredients

  • 2 measures of plum brandy (Slivovitz)
  • 1 teaspoon of demerara sugar
  • 2 measures of boiling water

Instructions

Add to small saucepan, dissolve sugar and serve when hot.
