Hot Gin

Ingredients

• 2 measures of gin
• 3/4 measure of lemon juice
• 2 measures of boiling water
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

Add to glass, dissolve sugar.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units

Glass Type: Heatproof Goblet

Replace the gin in the following:

• Hot Orange Brandy: 2 measures of Grand Marnier
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
• Hot Brandy: 2 measures of brandy
  Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
• Hot Sherry: 2 measures of sweet sherry
  Alcohol Content: 1.0 units
